Brainwave Entrainment CDs Review - Brain Evolution

It promises to help you RELEASE stress and BOOST your relaxation levels.

It also says it can help to SHARPEN your brain, IMPROVE your mood, and INCREASE your energy.

I'm talking -- naturally -- about the latest self-development tool to hit the shelves.

It's called the Brain Evolution System -- a six-level meditation program that uses special sounds to help influence your brainwave patterns.

Now, in the self-development world, everybody knows that meditation is GOOD.

It can bring a million untold benefits. And yet how many of us truly have time to quieten our minds for hours on end each day?

Sounds impressive... But does the Brain Evolution System really live up to its claims?

Well, to put it to the test -- I decided to try it myself for two whole months!

Now, before even using the program, I was impressed at the integrity of the company. I was immediately given a free 21-day trial of level one, with an option to cancel before I was billed a single cent.

So, I tried it out.

The first level can only be described as a true soundscape. With it's natural, "distant" etheric feel, you could tell a million things were going on in the background -- yet couldn't help but just relax and let them float by.

Now, I've listened to a lot of relaxation music -- so I'm used to trickling waterfalls and singing bowls. But this audio was genuinely POWERFUL. You could feel it working, influencing your brainwaves, and helping you to relax further.

It's recommended you listen to each 30-minute level once per day, six days a week, for a whole month. Then you move onto the next level -- finishing all six levels within six months.

Well, after my first listening session, I instantly felt more relaxed. My head was less "foggy" -- and I enjoyed a focus and clarity I'd not experienced in quite some time. It's hard to explain, however I had a smile on my face -- and didn't really know why!

I continued throughout the first month -- and saw a truly noticeable difference in my behavior. I became more and more relaxed and calm. My brain seemed to operate faster, and I became more quick-witted. My confidence continued to improve, without any real effort.

Train Brain

The average human brain, while it works all the time, functions at a very low level, unless stimulated and trained. Training your brain to operate at peak efficiency increases your productivity, aids your ability to learn new information, and even stirs the creative juices. While it is a myth that people use only ten percent of their brain capacity, it is true that most people’s brains are not functioning at peak efficiency. However, you can change that and train your brain to be more retentive, more creative, and more productive.

Too often, people, when faced with a problem, slip into confusion and frustration. Once they learn how to train their brains, the ability to switch to logic and clarity becomes second nature. Your brain is capable of intense concentration; you simply need to hone the ability to focus on a problem. The great thinkers of our society have learned this secret. Once learned, you will not fall into the emotional trap of confusion and frustration anymore, and you’ll know how to focus instantly on the problem and the solution you need.

Thanks to research, scientists have discovered that it is possible for you to learn to rewire your brain, simply by changing your thoughts and emotions. They found that certain types of meditation made it possible to increase the activity of the prefrontal cortex. They found a way to increase mental activity without necessarily increasing adrenaline and stress. Their research found that focusing on positive thoughts and emotions gave the greatest increase in brain activity.

This doesn’t mean you need to chant a mantra or go to your happy place while meditating. The researchers discovered that just thinking happy, loving thoughts makes your brain go into overtime, making mental connections and being productive and creative. Whether you’ve been trained in meditation techniques or not, you can learn to increase your brain’s activity, without stress.

For starters, give yourself just ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes in the evening to focus on happy, loving thoughts. Changing the way you think and behave is up to you. Henry Ford said, “If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right.” Find a comfortable place to sit, relax and take a deep breath through your nose. Close your eyes and concentrate first on your breathing. Then focus on thinking about being joyful. Push aside the worries and concentrate on nothing by joy, happiness and love.

You can change the way your brain works, but it takes discipline, determination and practice. If you want to be smarter, you must choose to do so, by controlling your thoughts and emotions – by choosing to be happy, grateful, and appreciative. By choosing to be emotionally happy, you are changing the way your brain works, making new connections, in fact rewiring your brain to be more productive, more creative and smarter.

I know you’re asking, why just making yourself feel happy could possibly have anything to do with getting smarter. It’s simple. When your body feels good, blood circulates through the brain freely. This helps you to focus and lets your brain be as creative as it needs to be for the task at hand. Happiness releases hormones and body chemicals that will produce the greatest mental activity. Depression and unhappiness clog up the works, making your mental activity slow to a crawl and creating a sluggishness in the blood flow and thought processes. This is no way to work or live!

There’s enough mental confusion being thrown at you from all directions, the last thing you need is to be bombarded by negative thoughts and emotions. All the worries and upsets, disappointments and anxieties just obliterates the learning process. When you’re upset and confused, it’s difficult to remember things, or even think straight. Even your observational skills are impaired by negativity and emotional upheaval. You can’t enhance your brain while under the onslaught of worries and anxiety.

That’s why the ten-minute twice a day are so important to your brain. During those times, you must not let any negativity into your consciousness. Allow your brain to relax with positive, kind, loving, happy thoughts. Think about all that you’re grateful for in your life, everything that makes you happy. Push aside any worries and upsets, at least for that twenty minutes a day. It’s especially important to start your day feeling happy and relaxed, to get through your workday; and it’s equally important to end the day with those happy emotions to help you sleep soundly, unperturbed by the day’s events, whether good or bad.

Feeling happy reduces the confusion in your mind, relaxing your brain and your body and allowing creativity and mental clarity to keep you on the path. This helps the mental connections in your brain to stay clear and logical.

Because of the fight or flight hormones flooding our system, we tend to make choices based on fear. Instead of facing the fears and working through them, we make choices to help us avoid pain and confusion. Unfortunately, that works against us, rather than for us. Our brains tell us to avoid anything that could harm us. That includes not just physical harm, but humiliation, embarrassment, loss of respect and credibility by peers, even loss of love. Therefore, in fear, we make wrong choices, delay changes that would help us, and try to avoid any risk at all.

Basing decisions on fear never works in your favor. It merely keeps you from fully living life, and in fact can stifle the learning and growing process that keeps us alive and keeps our brains healthy.

After you master the ability to teach your brain to work for you, rather than against you, it’s time to start getting that brain in shape. You exercise your body, why not your brain too? You know that exercising your body makes you feel good and improves your life and increases longevity. Therefore, it’s time to give your brain a good workout.

Believe it or not, one of the ways you can stretch your brain’s muscles is by playing video games. That’s right, I said video games. Playing the games actually does give your brain a pretty good workout. It allows you to develop your peripheral vision, something extremely useful in the real world too. It also teaches you to recognize repeating patterns and to remember details, also useful in the real world. You’re also learning with each game you master.

For those who think playing video games is just for nerds and geeks, there is actually a large community of people who enjoy the challenge of these games and are intent on mastering the skills. Many are games of strategy and very useful for teaching your brain. In many of the games, working your way through the various levels is much like working your way through the levels of real life, learning as you go.

Those who oppose the idea of video games being educational argue that the games are violent, that they are addictive and time consuming, and that young people especially are wasting their time. As with anything in life, perhaps moderation needs to be applied. On the plus side, playing the games enables us to learn and overcome challenges; and that is a good thing. Never stop learning, growing and being creative. It’s good for your brain.

Another way to stretch your brain is to expose it to new ideas. Explore new areas of understanding. Just because you’ve never agreed with an idea, doesn’t mean you can’t give it some thought. Stretch it a little to include some new facts. Avoid getting into a rut and becoming set in your ways.

Have a particular interest in your life, something that gives you great pleasure. Find a group of like-minded individuals, a club, if you will. It can be in your local neighborhood or online. The point is to have some interesting discussions, some give and take, exchanging information and ideas. That will stretch your brain and make you feel good and your mind stimulated. Try joining a book club to discuss some good fiction. A good story will catch your interest, pull you in and let you get to know the characters. Can’t find a book club? Start one!

Another way to relax and allow your brain to stretch is by listening to music. Researchers say that music can actually help you think better and boost your brainpower. At UC Irvine’s Center for Neurobiology of Learning and Memory, a study was done on music and how it impacts the brain. Thirty-six students were given the standard spatial tests found in I.Q. tests. Before the test, they listened to Mozart’s sonata for Two Pianos in D Major, for ten minutes. They listened to relaxation tapes just before the second test and simply sat in silence before the third test. All the students did remarkably better after listening to Mozart. In fact, they averaged nine I.Q. points higher after listening to the music. The music put the students into a more receptive state for the tests, so they did in fact have better access to the resources in their brains. Those involved with music on a regular basis, are actually much better at solving problems and when tested, scored eighty percent higher than those not in a musical program. If problem solving is part of your everyday life, and of course that is true for all of us, then let the music play on.

Improving Your Mind Brain Health When You Get Physically Fit

We all know that we could use some more exercise. As a society, we are entirely too sedentary, spending a lot of time watching TV, playing video games and surfing the web - and far too little engaged in physical activity. If you have trouble coping with stress and your responsibilities day to day, then you need to get more exercise; this will keep your body and mind in peak condition.

A lot of us have the best intentions when it comes to exercise, but we tend to put it off in favor of one thing after another until the day is done and we have no time left. We do this to ourselves; but once you do start getting regular exercise and start to feel the mental benefits, you'll make exercise one of your top priorities.

Rather than helping you to come up with reasons to dodge exercise, you'll start to find reasons to get more exercise. The results you'll see will keep you motivated and make you proud of what you've achieved. Sooner than you may think, getting regular exercise becomes a habit and you'll put off the less important things in life instead. Your brain will release more of the chemicals which produce a sense of well bring so you'll feel better on every level.

Regardless of your age or what level of physical activity you get now, you can still make some positive changes. Begin by exercising 15 minutes every second day and increase this by 5 minutes a week until you're at 30 minutes of exercise every other day. Once you've done this, promise yourself you'll make those 30 minutes a daily routine. Working up this makes it less of a challenge and makes you less likely to get discouraged.

We all have busy lives, but anyone can make 30 minutes a day to get some exercise. Try in the early morning so you won't make excuses about being too tired to exercise at night. You'll start the day off feeling great - you'll have already made some progress and done something good for yourself. There are plenty of different exercises out there, so you can do something which you like doing.

Travel for Building Thinking Skills

Building thinking skills and improve your thinking process is easily accomplished when challenging your brain through traveling. If you want to improve your mind building thinking skills, expose it to new things. There are a lot of ways you can do this. Do you enjoy having new adventures and traveling? In fact, research has shown that traveling is a great way to train you to building thinking skills. If you travel often for business, you definitely have an advantage over most people, and if you 

 like to go on vacation every now and then, try to go someplace new every time. This is going to "stretch your horizons" and improve your mind the most.

When you travel someplace new, everything is unfamiliar. What does that mean? You have to think. Think about that for a second; in your ordinary life, you usually travel the same routes to work, shop at the same grocery store, and do the same things day-to-day, day after day. As you continue, you become used to this so that your brain has to do relatively little thinking in order to accomplish these things. Let's take an example; have you ever driven to work without really knowing how you got there? That's because after a certain point in time, you can really do these things without thinking because they're familiar.

If you go on vacation to a new location, though, you're going to have to find where things are that you haven't seen before. Using a map to find out where you need to go is a good idea. You can also stimulate your brain to help you choose the best route based upon the maps information. If you're going to be in a country where you're going to be traveling on the other side of the road, this is definitely going to be something new for your brain, too.

When you travel someplace new, you're going to be taking in and processing a lot of information. You're going to see new things every day, whereas with your normal life, you see things every day that you are used to seeing, so you may not even notice them. Let's say, for example, that you live someplace where you have a beautiful mountain range within your line of sight. Chances are, although that caused you to gasp in amazement at first -- and even if you love it very much -- now you rarely even notice it, except when you remind yourself to do so. That means you "forget" about the amazing things in front of you until you hear someone else commenting on them.

Travel will open up new vistas to you that in fact are going to be "so-so" to the people who live there locally. Nonetheless, if you do this type of "new travel" on a regular basis, you're building thinking skills and keeping your thinking process sharp. And in fact, that may be why people come back from a vacation with a new attitude and perspective, rejuvenated and refreshed, so that they can go back to their "normal" lives previously left behind.

Where you travel might matter, too, because you can offer your mind a challenge that it needs to solve. Let's say, for example, that you want to find the lowest prices on airfare or you want to get discount prices for theme parks nearby. When you budget for a vacation, you can also sharpen your thinking because having to budget and crunch the numbers is something that requires mind power -- and of course, you're going to have to make sure you can afford it.

As you continue to travel more and more, your mind, too, will benefit from this travel. Let your mind explore things from an entirely new perspective. If you can, travel with a friend or family member, which can help you feel more at ease if you're out of your natural element and uncomfortable doing so. It's also helpful to have someone else interpreting maps or other tools along with you.

If you can't have a vacation right now, you can still take notice of things in your area that you might not have previously noticed and try to imagine them from a new perspective. Even if you try to find a new route to work or just take a drive to "nowhere" for the weekend, you expand your thinking. It'll also give you refreshment, so that you can face your workday and workweek from a new perspective.

Blood transports nutrients and oxygen to our brain which needs a vast amount of blood circulation. Of course blood is made up of mostly water, so its easy to see the role of water in optimizing brain functioning here, drinking water is essential for optimal concentration and mental alertness.

The brain needs a constant supply. So do not reach the point where your mouth is dry and your desperately needing water. At that point, you are already dehydrated. Keep a steady supply of water throughout the day, keep sipping it as you work or exercise or even watching television. Long term, brainwave patterns have been entrained to match electrical frequencies associated with advanced brain functioning. By listening to computer generated tones that are emitted at specific frequencies, your brain's electrical impulses will match these generated electrical impulses. We can thank how we were created for our brain's ability to in a sense learn without having to learn.

Brainwave entrainment can actually be a shortcut to success as brain wave patterns can be developed quickly instead of the method of many super successful in the past often requiring decades of training to form their neural pathways. The practice of entrainment relies on our brain's ability to adapt to the preferred frequencies simply by listening to the corrected patterns in certain deep states of mind.

First, meditation allows better breathing and with it the benefits of oxygen and improved blood flow as previously written here. The benefits of meditation are worth it to many, as it is known to create a sense of heightened awareness, better focus, increased learning ability, improved recall and long term memory. Being quiet and listening in the learned relaxed state can provide your brain with better performance as actually processing information becomes more efficient as proven with the latest brain technology monitoring.

Simple self hypnosis has shown improvement to a limited extent in accelerated learning, absorbing information faster with eye movement and still increasing comprehension. Some hypnosis in repeated sessions will increase the processing of information and subsequently recall. Benefits of Accellerated Learning - Not Only For Kids

To better understand what is meant by accelerated learning, we need to first understand that the term learning refers to the process of acquiring knowledge by means of studying. Accelerated learning therefore means that the rate at which we acquire such knowledge is increased. In general, when we think about learning, we tend to associate it with students and for the most part, students are kids so this brings us to the question of how can adults benefit from accelerated learning? First of all, kids learn fast because of their youth. After all, their brains are still young. To a certain extent we can compare this scenario to computers. A new computer with plenty of memory is able to hold more fresh data than an old computer as the old computer’s memory is already full. When we try to add too much new data, the system simply crashes or freezes. Of course, this is much the same where we as humans are concerned which is why the learning process slows down in adults and even more so as we get older. Irrespective of this natural hindrance, adults can still learn just as many new things as kids can just as we can overcome the same amount of problems if not more. However, unlike kids, we will require a lot more willpower and determination in order to cover the same ground. Learning is a process which continues throughout our lives, irrespective of what our age is. In fact, it is a vital both for psychological and for emotional reasons. Undeniably, the process of learning is a skill which can be honed to a great degree and perhaps the single largest influencing factor, is our individual curiosity. The more interested we are in a specific subject, the easier it becomes for us to comprehend what we learn in relation to that subject. There is no greater feeling that achieving one’s goals so persevere and believe in yourself completely because no matter what your previous opinion may have been, you’re never too old to learn.

Remember, you’ve got something to prove to yourself as well as to others and if you put your mind to it, you’re bound to impress even yourself.

Above all else, you need to remind yourself that your success does not rely on one thing only but rather on a combination of qualities such as determination, dedication, inspiration and responsibility, to name just a few.

5 Study Steps to Improve Your Brain Memory


There is good news; you can improve your memory. This is especially true if you are younger in age. The suggestions below are very good ideas and they can actually help you to strengthen your memory.

1. First, comprehend the information. This is your first look at the information given to you. Remain focused. Let your mind completely process the information. Open your mind and allow it to absorb all the facts and figures that it possible can.

2. Try to take the information and relate it to something that you are familiar with already. The ability to use this association technique is very helpful. Try to interconnect things that you can deeply relate to with the information that you need to remember. It does not have to be things that are even relevant to each other. You are just simply trying to give your brain the ability to recall information when you think of that "trigger".

3. Repeat the information in your mind. Now, it is time to begin using your memory. After taking in the information and relating each separate item to something, start trying to recall each of them in the correct order in your mind. Keep doing this until you get all the information correctly in the right order.

4. Take a break for a few minutes and attempt to recall the information again. Then clear your mind for three or four minutes and try recalling it one more time. Even if you are able to do this accurately keep doing this drill at least three more times. Give yourself another few minutes, and then try recalling again. If you are still able to recite the information after the third time, you can be assured that the information is now stored in your brain's long-term memory.

5. Repeat these steps over until you can remember the information on your own. If you are unsuccessful at recalling all the information given to you after the few minute break, go back and repeat step one. Keep repeating each step until you can completely and accurately remember every single piece of information given to you.

These are a few relatively quick and easy suggestions that will help you stimulate your mind and increase your memory. It is okay if you don't succeed the first few times. Just use these tips regularly whenever you need help to memorize important information.

Then, keep an eye on yourself. After a few attempts, you will see that you are now taking less time to remember the information given to you. You will be stunned at how quickly you can improve your memory's ability to recall information quickly and accurately.

Increase IQ Super Brain Enhancement Methods and New Ways To Get Smart

The brain needs a constant supply. So do not reach the point where your mouth is dry and your desperately needing water. At that point, you are already dehydrated. Keep a steady supply of water throughout the day, keep sipping it as you work or exercise or even watching television. Long term, brainwave patterns have been entrained to match electrical frequencies associated with advanced brain functioning. We can thank how we were created for our brain's ability to in a sense learn without having to learn.

Optimize Your IQ and Intelligence Improvement

Everyone has heard of an IQ test. The potential of the brain is called intelligence quotient or I.Q. These tests use the theories of unitary and multiple, which is believed to the two main theories when studying the brain.

Unitary refers to the part of the brain where the linguistic and mathematical capacities and confined them to that area. While the multiply theory include the parts of the brain that use visual/ spatial, musical/rhythmic, body/kinesthetic, interpersonal or intrapersonal development.

It has been determined that there is only three ways to increase your brains potential.

You first have to determine what you are good at. Very few people are good at everything. A person is considered intelligent whether their skill is derived from music, visual, body, or intrapersonal, intelligence.

Most people possess these skills and probably do not even realize it. If you are a creative person at heart, try your hand at writing, acting or singing.

You may be amazed at how well you do. Some people are born with in affinity for numbers; you may not think it is anything special, however others may. There are so many different areas in which you the potential excel.

Gymnastics, Dancing, building or designing, you do not know what you are capable of doing until you try. You get the most amazing feeling when you accomplish something you have never done before. If you do not even try, you are doing yourself a great disservice.

Very few people are classified as geniuses. A genius is a person who has extreme intelligence. Such people include Einstein, Mozart and Bach. These brilliant men accomplished greatness through their genius.
This is not to say that you have to be a genius to be successful. It simply means that you should use your brain to the fullest extent that you can. The more you try to improve yourself, the more your brain will benefit from it. When you utilize your brains potential you can achieve anything. Using your will power can point you in the right direction.

Broadening your horizons will also increase your brains potential. This is not to say that you should sit down and study the encyclopedia. When you study, you are acquiring knowledge through all five senses- touch, taste, see, smell, and taste.

You want to learn from your experiences in life, and experience everything in life. You cannot do that by studying. This is an excellent way to increase the potential of your brain.

New skills can be learned everyday. Talent comes in two forms, either you are born with it or you learn it. The brain is like a sponge, ready to absorb everything that is brought to it. The old adage that practice makes perfect holds true.

It is not difficult to maximize the brains potential. Many people everyday do it without even realizing it.

By simply reading a book, or singing along to your favorite song on the radio, you can increase your brains potential.

5 Tips To Increase Your Brain Memory Recall


Many people have trouble being able to remember figures, phone numbers, and people's names. As a person gets older the memory will naturally deteriorate. Many people view having a weak memory as having a problem.

There is good news; you can improve your memory. This is especially true if you are younger in age. The suggestions below are very good ideas and they can actually help you to strengthen your memory.

1. First, comprehend the information. This is your first look at the information given to you. Remain focused. Let your mind completely process the information. Open your mind and allow it to absorb all the facts and figures that it possible can.

2. Try to take the information and relate it to something that you are familiar with already. The ability to use this association technique is very helpful. Try to interconnect things that you can deeply relate to with the information that you need to remember. It does not have to be things that are even relevant to each other. You are just simply trying to give your brain the ability to recall information when you think of that "trigger".

3. Repeat the information in your mind. Now, it is time to begin using your memory. After taking in the information and relating each separate item to something, start trying to recall each of them in the correct order in your mind. Keep doing this until you get all the information correctly in the right order.

4. Take a break for a few minutes and attempt to recall the information again. Then clear your mind for three or four minutes and try recalling it one more time. Even if you are able to do this accurately keep doing this drill at least three more times. Give yourself another few minutes, and then try recalling again. If you are still able to recite the information after the third time, you can be assured that the information is now stored in your brain's long-term memory.

5. Repeat these steps over until you can remember the information on your own. If you are unsuccessful at recalling all the information given to you after the few minute break, go back and repeat step one. Keep repeating each step until you can completely and accurately remember every single piece of information given to you.

These are a few relatively quick and easy suggestions that will help you stimulate your mind and increase your memory. It is okay if you don't succeed the first few times. Just use these tips regularly whenever you need help to memorize important information.

Then, keep an eye on yourself. After a few attempts, you will see that you are now taking less time to remember the information given to you. You will be stunned at how quickly you can improve your memory's ability to recall information quickly and accurately.
